Refund and Returns Policy

At Bonito Ink, we care deeply about the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If something didn’t work out as expected, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only items purchased directly from bonitoink.com are eligible for return.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, tattoo inks, cartridges, and devices cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at admin@bonitoink.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to the address we provide (return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect).

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund — no hassle.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened tattoo inks

  • Used or opened cartridges

  • Used micro-pigmentation devices

  • Sale or clearance items
